Meet Bro. Keith R. Harris

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Brother Harris is a 1984 initiate of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., through the Beta Sigma Lambda Chapter seated in Hartford, CT. He is life member #6599 and has been active in Alpha since initiation. A 1982 graduate of Morehouse College, he earned a B.A. in Computer Science. Upon obtaining an MBA from Kennesaw State University in 1999, Brother Harris was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. He has been active in Eta Lambda since joining in 1985. To remain engaged necessitated serving on numerous committees, including Project Alpha, Founder’s Day, Reclamation, Holiday Dance, Technology, Golf Scholarship Fundraiser, Fatherhood Breakfast, and Finance. He has also served as an Eta Lambda Chapter elected officer as Corresponding Secretary, Treasurer, Financial Secretary, Vice-President, and Vice-President of Finance.

Additionally, Brother Harris has served the Georgia District Association as Director of Conventions for six administrations. He has been on the leadership team for 2 Southern Regional Vice-Presidents and the 33rd General President of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Brother Harris was also the Treasurer for the Metro Atlanta Founder’s Day Committee for many years. He currently serves as the Executive Secretary for the Southern Region Education Foundation and is a board member of Alpha Atlanta Community Development Corporation and Alpha Atlanta Leadership Institute.

Professionally, Bro. Harris has recently celebrated 30 years working with AT&T. His current role is Enterprise Architect at Cricket Wireless, Inc.
