Greetings Brothers, Friends, and Supporters — welcome to the official website of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Eta Lambda Chapter, proudly chartered on May 20, 1920, in Atlanta, Georgia. For over a century, Eta Lambda has stood as the premier chapter serving the Atlanta metropolitan area, upholding the aims of Alpha while impacting lives across our community.

My name is Stephen D. Pearson, and I am honored to serve as the 40th President of this historic chapter. It is both a privilege and a blessing to lead Eta Lambda during my 40th year in this noble fraternity, building upon the rich legacy established by brothers who came before me.

Since its chartering, Eta Lambda has embodied the spirit of our Fraternity’s timeless moto: “First of All, Servants of All, We Shall Transcend All.” Guided by goodwill as the monarch of our house, we remain steadfast in developing leaders, promoting academic excellence, and uplifting the Atlanta community through meaningful service, advocacy, and impactful programming.

Our guiding framework — Brotherhood F.I.R.S.T. — continues to serve as our “North Star.” By being Fraternal, Inspirational, Respectful, Strong, and Transparent, we strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and ensure our work reflects the highest standards of Alpha excellence and integrity.

Though we celebrate more than 105 years of achievement, our work is far from finished. Brothers, your engagement is essential to sustaining and expanding our impact.
